PAC FIT MEALS strives to make your experience with us convenient and effortless. We take every precaution so as to double and triple check the orders to ensure few or any mistakes may take place. Replacements and refunds are never guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
If any changes to your order may be necessary, please send us a message through email in 24 hours from the date printed on the receipt for request to be reviewed. No changes to pre orders can be made on the day of pick up.
We’re not accountable for spoilage while we prepare the dishes fresh each morning and follow the entire food safety handlings guidelines. We recommend that your meals be picked up and stored in your fridge as soon as possible. We suggest keeping the meals no longer then the expiration date located on the label.
